Take a well-known burger and turn it into a crowd favorite pizza!

Ingredients
Big Mac Sauce
1/4cupmayonnaise
1tbspdill pickle relish
1tbspketchup
1tspyellow mustard
1/2tspwhite vinegar
1/2tspgranulated sugar
1/4tsppaprika
1/8tspkosher salt
1/8tspgarlic powder
1/8tsponion powder
Toppings
1tspsesame seeds
1tbspwhite onion, finely diced
9American cheese slices
1tspolive oil, extra virgin
150glean ground beef
100gfresh mozzarella, shredded
3iceberg lettuce leaves, thinly sliced
12dill pickle slices
Instructions
Combine all sauce ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Use a wooden spoon to break the meat into small, crumbly pieces as it cooks. Stir occasionally until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Take one prepared homemade pizza dough base and sprinkle sesame seeds onto the outer crust, over the olive oil and salt.
Using a spoon, spread the sauce evenly over the pizza base.
Sprinkle the onion evenly over the sauce.
Lay the cheese slices over the sauce to cover it completely.
Evenly distribute the ground beef over the pizza, then spread the shredded mozzarella on top.

Once cooked, top the pizza with the thinly sliced lettuce, followed by the pickles.
