Thanksgiving Pizza
This Thanksgiving Pizza is loaded with delicious flavors. It’s the perfect way to use up leftovers the night after Thanksgiving and continue enjoying all those holiday flavors.
We’re not American, but we so love many things about the way Americans find so many more ways to celebrate each year! We recently cooked our first Thanksgiving dinner a few weeks ago, and it was a wonderful feast with friends, one of whom is an American.
Naturally, there were a lot of delicious leftovers, and what better way to put them to use than to turn them into a Thanksgiving pizza the following night!

What You Need
Here’s what I put on our Thanksgiving Leftovers Pizza:
- Kosher salt
- Olive oil—extra virgin, use the best quality you can find
- Gravy—we used Once Upon a Chef’s Turkey Gravy recipe, but any gravy will work. If the gravy has been stored in the refrigerator, you will need to reheat it a little, then cool it before spreading it on the pizza base.
- Fresh mozzarella—cut or torn into small pieces
- Roasted turkey—we used Once Upon a Chef’s Thanksgiving Turkey recipe, but any kind will work. Tear the turkey into small, long pieces.
- Cornbread stuffing—we used Just a Taste’s Cornbread Dressing recipe, but any kind will work. Break the stuffing (or dressing) into small bite-sized pieces.
- Cranberry jelly—choose your favorite brand, or make your own if you prefer.
What About Leftovers? (Leftovers?!)
If you happen to have any leftover slices, you can store them in an airtight container or cover a plate with plastic wrap. They’ll keep fresh in the refrigerator for up to three days.
